Patriotic Home Decor

Hi! Gina right here with a fun patriotic show that's sure to please as a decoration for the after that Fourth-of-July get-together or even brighten up your own home!

Whenever I began causeing this to be decoration my initial program would be to make a patriotic wreath to produce at home. We started by reducing paper rosettes using my Silhouette Cameo. There are several report rosettes for sale in the Silhouette Studio store, just cut out, fold and proceed with the directions to put each one collectively.

We made my paper rosettes out-of multiple patterned documents from the Maggie Holmes Shine and Bloom selections. I used both gold and purple sparkle cardstock documents to embellish the middle of some of the rosettes. We used punches to cut out the various sized center pieces and shapes.

Once my paper rosettes were all assembled, my original plan would be to cut a chipboard wreath from chipboard and entirely cover it with my assorted show of report rosettes. However, the blade on my Silhouette machine smashed in the act, it was late through the night and I also did not have any other type decided on a new plan!

I purchased this 12 inches ruler studio set from We R Memory Keepers several month's ago and believed that a star show would be an ideal backdrop for my embellished pieces. It absolutely was simple! The rulers already are hinged collectively. I recently used the task pictures that were displayed in the packaging to learn how to make personal creased star.

As soon as, I became satisfied with my creased ruler form, we laid out the way I wished the paper rosettes to appear in an overlapping pattern. I utilized liquid glue and foam glue squares to glue each piece down. ! completely different than the way I originally in the pipeline it, but i believe which what makes it so special!
